1 box of your favorite chocolate cake mix

1 8 oz. Package cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg

mini Oreo cookies

Prepare the cake mix according to directions and set aside. In a separate bowl blend the cream cheese, sugar and egg until very smooth. Lne cupcake pans with paper cups and fill eack 1/3 with chocolate cake batter. Spoon 1 large tblsp. of cream cheese mix on top of that. Place one mini Oreo on the cheese mixture and fill the remaining portion of the cup with more chocolate cake batter. Bake according to cake mix directions. Some like to use traditional frosting on these when they are cool, but for those with a strong sweet tooth, try using whipped cream instead. Enjoy!
